Unused items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Rollover does not offer refunds.

14-day exchange
All products purchased from Rollover can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. No requests will be entertained after that time.
No refund
Rollover does not offer a refund or money-back guarantee. Approved defect claims are processed within 14 working days. Once accepted, you may select any other article of equal value from the website.
Return shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers must bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
Item condition
Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged. Tags and labels must be intact.
Color variation
Colors may slightly vary in brightness and contrast according to screen resolution and settings. In such conditions your request may not be entertained.
Season for season
Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items. Winter items can only be exchanged with winter stock.
Sale price
If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked-down price.
System price is final
In case of any discrepancy, the system price is final.
